This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, and protect personal data when you use the OX TENNIS App, our websites, and related digital services.

The controller within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is Agnostic Industries AI GmbH, represented by CEO Simon Bartmann.

3. Data We Collect

• Account data: Name, email address, password, and profile picture (optional)
• Usage data: App interactions, session logs, and performance metrics
• Device data: Device model, operating system version, and unique device IDs
• Location data (only if activated by the user): For court bookings and nearby club suggestions
• Payment data: Only via external processors (e.g. Stripe or Apple Pay); we do not store card information.

• With partner clubs for court bookings (if you book through the App)

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. User accounts can be deleted manually at any time.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

We implement industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) and store data on secure EU-based servers. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

10. International Transfers

If data is transferred outside the EU, this occurs only under valid adequacy decisions or EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).
